Kalekela The band was founded in November 15, 1992 by Grandpa Enviado Sesse Capingana. In the municipality of Kibala, province of Kwanza-South.
This group made the musical performances in the worship services in the Church Prophetic world diction in Kibala. On May 20, 1993, is officialy called Kalekela Group, and at that time, the founder of the group moves to the municipality of Ebo, while playing the harmonica and accordion, and other group members followed, touching other musical instruments, such as cans, which served as drums and beats, reco-reco, rattles, viola solo and rhythm.
Because of the war that devastated the region and the country, which has hampered the movement to make presentations in both cities, the group's founder, Grandpa Enviado, had the idea of creating two groups, one in each cities, which consist as follows:

These two groups were two in one Kalekela. This is from 1993-2002. The first album was released under the title: Ebo yetu ya Sauka.
In 2003, he bought the first Jessica (keyboard) and recorded in the apparatus of SIMBA and instrumental arrangements were being expanded and evolved, traditional music also stopped playing primitive musical instruments. Also when he  bought the first computer and the first table mixer that was in 2005. At that time, the group was not only in the neighborhoods around Kibala and Ebo also distributed in the municipalities of Gabela Kilenda, Porto Amboim and Luanda, the capital of our country. And Kalekela music demand was higher in the group where Kalekela passed.
The second album is titled Kalekela Kimuixi: ie 2003-2005.
Finally, in 2009 the group released its album with the title Sessé and in 2011, released the fourth album entitled Kissola Kiami. This fourth album in the market grew Kalekela made grow excessively and joy and courage reigns in the group, because the dream is becoming a reality with each passing day.
                                               GROUP PERSPECTIVE
The group Kalekela has the prospect of creating a studio and a band. Also soon have another disc in the market.
It is true that in the past, the group had never believed in the level where it is today, and even dream sponsored by any company since the group only sang traditional gospel songs in case Kembos.

In short, we must say that the image of the group that will change each time it develops, as we believe that this group is very young and has a lot to present in the future.
